June 11, 2008 marked a zenith of your art. You were part of one of the, if not the, biggest charity dinners in Canadian history with approzimately 1,700 guests in attendance. Through the tickets, tables and sponsorships sales and the evening's raffle and auctions almost $2.9 million dollars was raised, which is almost double the initial goal of $1.5 million. The Buzz Hargrove Canadian Tribute Dinner was a complete success because of your work.
Young people who have not had the best chances in life will reap the benefits for years to come. The youth that go through the process at Eva's are given a second chance, with an opportunity at setting right the things that have impacted them through no fault of their own.
Your hard work and professionalism contributed to a flawlessly executed affair. Both Buzz Hargrove and Eva's Charities are the beneficiaries of this. We at K.I.M.
